So at my heaviest (before my daughter was born) I was 222. During my pregnancy i began to lose weight, I got down to 200 and then gained 8 again, after I had my daughter I went down to 190 by my 6 week post partum visit. I am now down to currently 175!!! I'm on what is called the "Gallbladder diet" Its a pretty strict lowfat diet lots of fruit and veggies (except i don't eat much veggies lol and salad is a no no for GB troubles) My fat content doesn't and i wont go over 6 grams of fat PER meal or lower.Absolutely NO soda, limited amounts of juice/tea (even though im obsessed with sweet tea lol)no sugar, no chocolate, no sweets (even though i have some every now and then but limited amounts.No greesy/fried/spicy foods. If you want to know more about what I eat just ask me! I'm trying to reach my goal weight of 155-160. Wont take me long, wish me luck!
