How to lose 10 pounds in a Month-The Gallbladder Diet

Ive lost on average 60 pounds from starting the gallbladder diet. Honestly! Do you want to lose a good amount of weight the healthy way? try this!

This is also a good resource for some of the things you should stay away from and/or eat when you have a gallbladder/gallstones problem. I didn't know where to go for information and there were a lot of conflicting websites about what you should eat or not eat. So I thought this might be helpful!

NOTE: *Some of what I eat is for my health purposes only because I have gallbladder issues, some aspects of this diet should be altered to fit your health needs and this is not a substitute for medical advice*
*THIS IS A STRICT LOWFAT DIET, ALTHOUGH SOME AMOUNT OF FAT IS NECASSARY FOR OVERALL HEALTH

No, No's
NO RED MEAT! OR PORK (IN MY CASE)
NO SODA
NO SUGARY DRINKS
NO CHEESE
NO FRIED/FATTY FOODS
NO SUGARY FOODS (JUNK FOOD)
NO CHOCOLATE
NO CHIPS OR OTHER FATTY SNACKS
*IF U HAVE GALLBLADDER PROBLEMS LIKE MYSELF: NO SPICY FOOD
NO SHELLFISH (HIGH AMOUNTS OF CHOLESTEROL )
BUTTER
NO SOUR CREAM
COTTAGE CHEESE (I EAT THIS IN LIMITED AMOUNTS, LOVE IT!)
NO VITAMIN D OR WHOLE FAT MILK
PEPPER, SALT, BARBEQUE SAUCE, SOY SAUCE (IN LIMITED AMOUNTS)
*PEPPER AND HIGH SUGARY OR FATTY CONDEMENTS ARE NO NO'S FOR PEOPLE WITH A GALLBLADDER PROBLEM/GALLSTONES)
PASTA (LIMITED AMOUNTS)
MAYONAISSE
EGGS (IN LIMITED AMOUNTS, AGAIN MORE FOR PEOPLE WITH A GALLBLADDER/GALLSTONES PROBLEM)
WHITE BREAD
NOODLES LIKE TOP RAMEN,CUP A NOODLE, ETC.
PEANUT BUTTER
PEANUTS (MAINLY FOR PEOPLE WITH GALLBLADDER/GALLSTONES PROBLEMS)

***SUGGESTION: Go for snacks and food that has little to no fat in them, try not to go over 6 grams of fat (subway;) for people with a gallbladder problem and 10-20 grams of fat for normal healthy people***

*A good way to handle this kind of strict diet is to limit yourself to these as much as possible they are no no's but on occasion there's nothing wrong with a small portion of some of these or a few bites to glaze over the temptation or cravings, this has helped me stick to the diet but its not for everyone*

YES, ENJOY ;)
GRILLED OR LEAN CHICKEN
FISH
GROUND TURKEY MEAT
TURKEY
TUNA
WATER
FRUITS BUT LIMITING CITRUS FRUITS (ONLY IF YOU HAVE A GALLBLADDER PROBLEM)

WHEAT BREAD
*A GOOD ALTERNATIVE TO MILK IS THE SILK-SOY MILK*

SOME GOOD SNACK ALTERNATIVES

How long did it take you sweetie? I had my gall bladder removed almost 8 years ago after the birth of my eldest son - my gall stones were so small and I had over 120 of them, so the doctor rushed me to the ER. I am always looking for new ways to lose weight... can't wait to read more. ;) xoxo Honey
